I recently had Sam from Biztec come to my property to fix a leak in the water main in my property and later to install a pressure limiter.I contacted them based on a recommendation from a friend who lives in my neighbourhood.Sam was responsive and came out to my property within the next day to give a free quote.He was able to locate and fix the leak with no damage to the surrounding paving, which was a huge relief.While at my place, he noticed that my water main didn't have a pressure limiting valve. I was unaware that they were mandatory. I was very pleased that this was pointed out, as it would have voided my home insurance in case of a flood.Overall, I am really pleased with Sam's service, and I will be using Biztec going forward for my plumbing needs.
