I recently had Sam from Biztec come to my property to fix a leak in the water main in my property and later to install a pressure limiter.I contacted them based on a recommendation from a friend who lives in my neighbourhood.Sam was responsive and came out to my property within the next day to give a free quote.He was able to locate and fix the leak with no damage to the surrounding paving, which was a huge relief.While at my place, he noticed that my water main didn't have a pressure limiting valve. I was unaware that they were mandatory. I was very pleased that this was pointed out, as it would have voided my home insurance in case of a flood.Overall, I am really pleased with Sam's service, and I will be using Biztec going forward for my plumbing needs.

Bill's customer service is top notch. He responded immediately to my issue by coming to my home with Harry and assessing the problem. He provided great advice and gave me options. The problem was fixed within 24 hours and I could not be happier with their approach and workmanship. Bill snd Sam provided a highly professional service to one of my renovations 6 years ago which involved extensive plumbing works to new kitchen, new laundry and two new bathrooms.I re-engaged them on this project during the last two days where scope of works included some blockage issues that were successfully addressed.It is becoming increasingly difficult to find trades that value customer service beyond their own self interests. Can’t recommend the biztec plumbing team enough. We were experiencing a slow draining bath and our toilet gurgling and they managed to squeeze us in last minute on a Friday afternoon. Which was so lucky because after some investigation they found a tree root blocking our pipes and everything was so backed up it looked like we wouldn’t have lasted the weekend without a major flood! So grateful for the speedy professional service, and so happy to have found a trustworthy plumber in the area.

Sam our plumber was great. Arrived on time, was super pleasant and quick to fix the problem - replacing the busted hose in our bathroom. While he was there he also checked all the hoses in the house, and looked at the water pressure from the mains. Really appreciate the efficiency and care put into the work. Sam did an excellent job replacing our old broken toilet. He initially came out to investigate where the leak had come from. Traced the issue back to the toilet itself and then came out a week later to install a new toilet. Very friendly, took the time to explain everything, and made sure everything was working as it should (with no leaks) after the job was done. Would highly recommend Biztec to family and friends.
